Very well maintained house located right next to the lake Ståken in Rud, 3 km from Bottnaryd and 20 km from Jönköping. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with two separate beds. Two small bedrooms with one bed each. One bedroom in the basement with three beds and a separate WC. A sofa bed upstairs with two beds. Bathroom with toilet / shower upstairs. Large garden. Beautiful bathing area with jetty is next to the house. Usually at least 20°C in the water. Also good opportunities for fishing, canoeing, water skiing and surfing. For children there is a playhouse in the garden. The road is paved all the way. The nearest supermarket is 3 km (Bottnaryd).

• Mooses and deers are easy to see, the safest on the road to Nackebo / Apelskift. About 10 min by car.
Last day during the stay should the tenant clean the house. If the tenant rather want to pay for the final cleaning it costs 1500 kr.
If the tenant wishes to rent bed linen and towel, this costs 250 SEK / person.
