Secluded location, winter home, 2 km N. of Lundegård Campsite, (which has indoor and outdoor paddle courts, beach, shop, bakery, restaurant). 6 km N. of Köpingsvik, 10 km N. of Borgholm.
The house, 1.5-storey for max. 6 people with 5 rooms, including 3 bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi. Kitchen, large newly built fantastic bathroom. Another separate toilet is available. A smaller living room with TV, parents' bedroom on the lower floor. On the upper floor 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 separate beds in each & small living room with TV, located on a large unobstructed plot. Glazed breakfast room facing southeast adjacent to the kitchen and a small pallet collar cultivation with herb greens right outside the kitchen door are at your disposal for the return service of watering! :-D
On the plot there is a larger poured foundation where the expansion of the existing house will later continue.
A 35m2 large glazed, insulated conservatory facing west was completed in the fall of 2021. A real lift!
In addition, a large detached, furnished sun deck with roof, open to the south in the nv. corner of the plot.
Barbecue. Swings, trampoline, playhouse. Crocket, boules, kubb are on site. High chair and junior chair.
NOTE! Ceiling height 191 cm on the lower floor, approx. 188 cm on the upper floor.
Tenant is responsible for a careful departure cleaning. Equipment for this is on site.
