Newly built well-equipped mountain house in Tänndalen with optimal location for both summer and winter activities. A beautiful wooden house high up near the tree line, just over 800 meters above sea level, facing south with fantastic panoramic views of the mountains and Lake Tänndalssjön. From the house there is direct access to hiking trails, MTB trails, snowmobile trails and Northern Europe's longest ski trail system Nordic Ski with 30 miles of well-prepared ski trails for both skate and classic and in addition 45 miles of cross-marked trails for mountain skiing/mountain hiking. Tänndalens Sportshop/rental and Hamrafjäll's 52 ski slopes are less than 10 minutes by car.
Directly above the house you have only a few hundred meters to the bare mountain with two waffle huts within a couple of kilometers and also great opportunities for randonnée skiing and summit tours. Direct access also to Härjedalen's well-organized and mile-wide snowmobile trails.
Both winter and summer, the area offers many exciting things to do. In addition to all types of skiing in the country's snowiest area, you can cycle MTB, hike, horseback riding, paddle, fish, play golf or just be. Tänndalen has been voted Scandinavia's best ski resort for two years in a row and the entire area is now also being developed into the country's new cycling arena with world-class high mountain cycling. Every year, "Fjällturen" is run here, Sweden's most beautiful MTB race.
Only about 10 km to Funäsdalen with liquor store, sports and clothing stores as well as cozy restaurants and cafés. In the area there is also Tännäs with its unique musk oxen and musk ox cubs. Just 60 km away is the picturesque Norwegian World Heritage Site of Röros.
The accommodation is 120 square meters with a large cabin and fully furnished loft, has the best sun position with a fantastic view of Rödfjället, Hamrafjället and Norwegian Storvigeln. Sun from morning to late evening from large, covered terrace. The house is newly built and has all the modernities and amenities. There are five rooms plus a large cabin and a separate technology/skiwaxing room. Beds for 8 people divided into a 160 cm double bed, two 140 cm double beds and a family bed with 120 cm lower bunk and 90 cm upper bunk.
The house has two showers, two toilets, sauna, laundry room, large living room with roof up to ridge, wood burning stove and 65-inch smart TV Samsung with Sonos home theater system, built-in Apple TV and Android Chromecast. The kitchen is furnished with fridge, freezer, induction cooker, fan, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster etc. Kitchen island/bar counter and separate large dining table.
Washing machine, dryer and a special dryer for drying damp boots, boots and ski clothes. All rooms have water-borne underfloor heating and are heated with geothermal heating. FTX system for balanced ventilation with clean air and heat recovery.
Fiber is installed for Smart TV and wireless Internet. USB chargers in every room. Workplace with mountain views. The house has its own car parking with space for several cars and with access to chargers for electric cars and engine heaters.
Both trail passes and lift passes are valid for the entire Funäsfjäll area, including the free ski bus which, in the same way as the ski trails, connects Tänndalen with Fjällnäs, Funäsdalen, Tännäs, Bruksvallarna and Ramundberget.

Low season (week 20–26, week 41–51): 8000 SEK/week.
High season (Christmas, New Year, week 9, Easter holidays): 18000 SEK/week, and week 7-8 14000 SEK/week.
Mid-season (all other times): 11000 SEK/week.
