The house is approx. 125 m2 large and is newly renovated for the most part and has three bedrooms, kitchen, two family rooms, new bathroom, toilet, separate shower, glazed conservatory, large veranda under roof and large balcony with sea view.

The cottage is pet and non-smoking.

A little about Hällevik and Blekinge
Hällevik in Blekinge offers classic Swedish summer life. Come and enjoy lovely swimming and nice days on the beach, good food and cozy evening life.
There are also good opportunities for sports, exercise and cozy excursions, Hällevik is a summer holiday paradise for the whole family.
Blekinge is usually called "Sweden's Garden". Nowhere else is this garden more beautiful than on Listerlandet, the peninsula that juts out in the northern part of Hanö Bay.
In Hällevik it is easy to enjoy yourself, here there is a large selection of activities and attractions. Visit the craft stalls down by the harbor and the charming fishing museum, it's like a voyage of discovery in a large sea shed. Here you can see objects from the life of the fishing population such as furniture, tools, photographs and wreckage. Not to be forgotten are the two smokehouses that offer fresh and freshly smoked fish, both to take away or to eat on site.
If you want to swim, there is both the fine child-friendly sandy beach that stretches just below approx. 200 meters from the house or so you can visit Hälleviksbadet, a facility with heated outdoor pools.
If you want to vary the beach life, you can go to the nature reserve Stibyberget. There are excellent hiking trails with variation between meadow and beech forest. For those interested in sports, you can follow Mjällby AIF, a team in the Allsvenskan, when they play at home because it is at Strandvallen in Hällevik.
Or a round of golf at Sölvesborg's golf club, there are also several golf courses within a few miles, tennis and padel courts within walking distance.
During the evening in Hällevik, a nice walk in the harbor is recommended or a visit to the various eateries that are available and which also offer musical entertainment several evenings a week.
