Welcome to this beach villa with has a long tradition because it was built only 600m away from the best part of the 13km long sandy beach more than 100 years ago when tourism started at Mellbystrand. The old style is preserved. The house is for 5 people and inside smoking is forbidden. Pets are not allowed either.
On 170 square metres, you find a big living-room with a dining area and a satellite-television as well as Swedish television. There is a library as well.
In the kitchen, there is a sink, refrigerator with freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher.
There as 3 bedrooms (one with double-bed and view to the garden, one with French size bed and big balcony, one with 2 single beds and small balcony).

You share the 1400sqm big garden with the brown timmer cottage on the same lot. And if you find a week when both houses are still available, you can reserve both and make a holiday together with your friends.

The house is only 300m away from the famous Strandhotel, beauty salon, Minigolf, tennis.
300 metres to the woods where you can go jogging, hiking, biking on the famous Kattegattleden or the mountainbike-trails.
