Rent in the countryside, with a view over and only 100 meters from Ljusnan, our nice "apartment" in our barn in Vannsätter, Bergvik, approx. 20 min from Söderhamn.
As landlords, we live in neighboring houses, which makes it easier if any questions or concerns arise during the stay.
100 m to swimming at own jetty at Ljusnan, 2 south-facing balconies and 1 in the east for morning coffee or cooling off in the afternoon.

The apartment has four beds in two rooms. 1 bedroom with 2 90-beds and own toilet. In the spacious living room there is, among other things, a sofa group and a double bed and via the kitchen there is another toilet and shower which is accessed via the L-shaped kitchen. Cot with mattress available for rent if needed.
From the kitchen you have direct access to the upper balcony with a table and four seats. Here it is fantastic to sit and enjoy nature, the birdsong and feel the peace. See the water glistening in the sun that shines here all day. On the ground terrace we have sunbeds etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, new hob and dishwasher.
Unfortunately, due to allergies, we cannot allow pets.
The rent for a week in high season is SEK 5,500, which includes linnen and towels, electricity & water and lots of nice things to borrow for play and fun.
Bring your own beach towel.
If you want to rent for longer than a week, 1/7th of the weekly rent is added per extra night.
If you want to rent for a shorter period, partial nights, long weekend or weekend, the rent is SEK 950 per night. Cleaning as below.
You either do the cleaning yourself or buy the service for SEK 950.
What can we offer, lend?
SWIMMING: directly at the jetty where we have swimming rings that can be borrowed
There are two bathing spots, one only minutes away by car and 10 minutes by car
bike. The second, larger, longer base is about 10 minutes away by car. Here you can
buy ice cream and a simple lunch.
META: simpler tools can also be borrowed directly from the pier
BICYCLES: in various sizes can be borrowed. We have 2 adult helmets. Bring your own
to the children.
PLAY and GAMES: 3 Swings, Dart Throwing, various Balls, Boule, Badminton, Cubb and Croquet
BOOKS: We have a lot of books on our bookshelves. We are happy to exchange, take 1 book leave 1 book. You are welcome to borrow and read as much as you want during your stay with us.
AUTUMN: Berry and mushroom picking.
WINTER: Sledding on the property, ice skating or skiing in nice tracks in the forest around Bergviks
IP or on a plowed track at Ljusnan or on an ice track in a hall inside Söderhamn.
PADEL: all year round in hall in Söderhamn.
What can we offer, rent out?
KAYAKES: we have 2. Here we always paddle with a life jacket.
BOAT of a simpler type for fishing or just a trip on Ljusnan (petrol not included). Of course there are life jackets on.
There is so much to see in the surroundings so excursions are recommended.
TRIPS:
Try downhill at Järvsö Bergscykelpark, approx. 1 hour by car.
Maja's Café & Presenter in Regnsjö.... Fantastic interior design store on several levels on 100s of m2. Open 365 days a year, about 30 minutes by car
Växbo: The excursion destinations are close, and a visit to Växbo satisfies both those who are hungry for shopping, hungry for homemade ice cream or simply hungry. Here you can also get your cultural fix through a hike in Trolldalen and the history of the linen industry.
