A lovely and recently build apartment (2012) providing high quality flexible accomodation for 2-4 people in unique modern house on Vadenhog Estate situated between the Nature Reserve in Sandhammaren and Village of Skillinge. Open landscape and close to the sea (2km) with beautiful white beaches.
The accomodation consists of a well-equipped open plan kitchen/livingroom with a small sofa-bed (one adult/two children) and one separate bedroom with double bed. Fully tiled shower room/WC. Heated tiled floor. The apartment is on the first floor. TV.
The apartment can be combined with an another apartment (no. 2 on our home page)
Washer and dryer are on the ground floor and can be borrowed for a fee. Bike can be rented. Normal consumption of household electricity and heating is included in the rent. Free Wi-Fi
There are many sitting areas in the big garden. Pond with fish, which is not fenced. Swing and climbing frame is available in the garden.
