Welcome to this lovely summer cottage! Here it is easy to thrive. This house has a garden with playhouse, guest house and storage. A terrace in a sunny southwest location with many hours of sunshine and a view of the Brogilefjord where you can see the boats simmering past. The nearest swimming area is only 500 m away.
When you walk around the house, you come to a solid wooden staircase that leads into the cottage and is met by a spacious hall with good storage. To the left you have the small kitchen but which still holds everything you need. There is also an extra fridge and freezer in the storage room. To the right is the bathroom with toilet and shower.
Continue into the dining area where you can look out over the sea. There you can enjoy fine meals and you can easily fit six people. In the cottage there is an open floor plan and the hall turns into a kitchen that turns into a living room. There you can enjoy the light from large windows during the day and make a fire in the stove in the evening. Adjacent to the living room are the three bedrooms with a total of four beds. In the guest house you can easily accommodate three adults.
Bokenäs - idyllic country life with the best location. In scenic Bokenäs you have most things within easy reach. You live at a convenient distance to the service at Henån and Torp shopping center. At the same time, you have immediate proximity to outstanding nature experiences on your doorstep. You can take a cable ferry to Flatön, a car ferry to Lysekil or take you over the bridge to wonderful Skaftö and no matter where you take the road in this area, you have nice bathing bays and fishing waters nearby.
