Hus med öppen planlösning mellan kök och vardagsrum. Full maskinell utrustning. Kaklat badrum med tvättstuga. 2 sovrum i huset med totalt 6 bäddar. Utöver detta ingår vår nyrenoverade gäststuga med en dubbelsäng.
Städning, handdukar och bäddlinne ingår.
Solig altan på ca 40 m². Utekök vid vattnet. Liten sandstrand, klippbad och brygga med segelbåtsdjup. Tomten på drygt 4000 kvm ligger på en udde i en skyddad vik med anslutning till Kanholmsfjärden.
Liten roddbåt med snurra ingår. Vedeldad bastu i bastutält vid strandkanten.
Mataffär 5 min med bil. Det finns bilväg ända fram till fastigheten.
På tomten har vi ytterligare ett hus, men vi är inte där under hyrestiden. Ni har hela tomen för er själva.
