Lovely cottage in Mejeriviken with sea views from the terrace and only 70 meters down to the beach and the new pier in Borgholm. With a walk of only 10 minutes in a pleasant environment you can enter central Borgholm. In the immediate vicinity there is an ice cream kiosk and restaurant as well as a fish shop and a fantastic cheese shop. A 5-minute walk away is Borgholm's bathhouse with free entrance to its outdoor pools and pool bar. The cottage has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 a family bed. The cottage has a lovely glazed conservatory and two terraces with parasols, both with sea views. The cottage has a charcoal grill, gas grill and Murrika. Gas is not included but can be brought if desired.
